- Monday: Beginer Ride - 6 PM - 20 Miles, Avg. 15 MPH
- Tuesday: Expert Ride - 6 PM - 25 Miles, Avg. 25 MPH
- Wednesday: Intermediate Ride - 6 PM - 30 Miles, Avg. 18 MPH
- Thursday: Expert Ride - 6 PM - 50 Miles, Avg. 20 MPH
- Sunday: Intermediate Ride - 10 AM - 60 Miles, Avg. 19 MPH
